    • 1.2.3. Competitions, giveaways and scholarships We host, endorse or promote
    • 1.2.4. Meetings and calls via a third-party communications service that We trust to the best of Our knowledge, such as Zoom

We never sell or rent any User information to any other person, party or entity. We may share Your data with third-party service providers that We utilise to operate Cenant Solutions, Our Site and Our Services, however, We do not control the Privacy Policy of third parties. We may share User data if required to do so by law, in response to valid requests by authorities in line with legal regulation and practices, or in order to investigate or respond to any actions that present a potential threat or breach, including, but not limited to: any persons, Us, Our rights and property, Our Site, Our Services, any legal regulations or the law. 

5. How do We securely keep Your data?

Direct access to User data is restricted to teams within Cenant Solutions that require the data to operate Cenant Solutions for legitimate businesses purposes, in compliance with all applicable laws and access is only given to the information required for a specific task. The data You input may be transmitted securely via industry-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer); use of this technology is made clear on pages with a URL that starts with https, instead of http. Additionally, in relation to Your payment cards, this Site is hosted on a PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant server. We take all reasonable steps to ensure that Your data is treated and stored securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We recommend that You choose a strong password when making an account on Our Site and keep it confidential. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your account credentials and for any activities that occur under Your account. If You upload images to the Site, You should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Users to the Site can download and extract any location data from images on the Site.

6. How long do We store information We collect about You?

We retain User data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected as described above, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When Your data is no longer needed, We will securely delete or anonymise it.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 from any part of Our Site or Services. We do not knowingly distribute personal information from children under the age of 13 to anyone, including third parties or teams within Cenant Solutions.
